Youth Chamber Music

Note: Chamber music is not a replacement for participation in the Youth Orchestras, String Project, or CMS/CPS programs. Students who are already in one of these programs will be required to continue in those programs to participate.

Chamber music promotes skills such as leadership, details in musicality, learning new genres of music, and an intimate musical experience! We will help you form a group or you can come

pre-formed and we'll find a coach for you. Our coaches come from any of the four programs above or are professional musicians in the area. The program includes 12 coachings (60 minutes each, rehearsal space, and performances.

The Chamber Music program year runs from September to early May.

Tuition is $350 (per student) for the year.

ENROLLMENT and TUITION Information are DUE BY: August 15.

Enrollment Application

SCSI is open to Violin, Viola and Cello students from Pre-Twinkle to Advanced levels.

Class offerings will include masterclasses, chamber music, technique, and a variety of enrichment classes including improvisation, art and movement.
